8. Use bum pads
If you’re really feeling insecure about your bum and you want a quick fix, there’s no shame in using a pair of bum pads. These pads (usually attached to a pair of knickers) will give you temporary volume and lift. Whilst they’re by no means a long-term fix, a pair of bum pads can be used as an overnight fix for an event or holiday where you need your booty to pop!
