Once again this year, media representatives, various volunteers and Groupe Martin employees upheld tradition by gathering in Lauberivière, rue du Pont in Quebec City, to participate in the annual St-Hubert soup kitchen. . Three hundred hot chicken meals (with fries, bread, gravy, coleslaw, and dessert, of course!) were donated to people in need around town. For the fourth year, Groupe Martin was also able to count on Martin Dessert, business partner, to contribute to the event. Thus, a check for $10,000 was officially presented to the Lauberivière team, in addition to 300 meals worth $2,000, much to the delight of the recipients and occupants.
