The 34th edition of the Fondation Santé golf tournament will be held on August 15 at the Pinegrove Golf Club in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu. The funds raised will support the Fundación Salud’s $1.7 million annual campaign that will finance, among other things, various teams aimed at helping women with cancer.
Jessy Duval, president of Kébec Electric and honorary co-president of the event, reminds us that participation is also a concrete action aimed at improving health care in our region. “The golf tournament is a fun event that helps support important projects. It is a good way to make a collective effort for the well-being of our community,” she says.
The day will begin with a welcome brunch. Golfers will then have the opportunity to play on one of the most beautiful courses in Quebec. It will all end with an outdoor happy hour with cocktails and food.

The quartets have already found interest. “This year, we have committed to funding a breast biopsy device that will allow patients to be cared for efficiently and close to home. By limiting follow-ups and interveners, patients will feel more secure in this very stressful process. They will also be directed towards the appropriate treatment more quickly”, emphasizes Julie Coupal, general director of the Fundación Salud.
“We will also finance an areola tattooing machine that will be used for breast reconstruction,” he continues. These projects are valuable and we are proud to support women’s health.”
